Using Directions:

• Add 20 drops in diffuser with water or Coconut (Fractionated) Carrier Oil
• Massage Oil: Pour 5 ml blend into an 8 oz bottle with flip cap. Then fill the bottle with Coconut Carrier Oil. Apply to body (avoiding eyes).
