Pure essential oils of Bergamot, Clary Sage, Orange Sweet, Lavender, Grapefruit, Rose, and Vanilla 10 Fold.

Using Directions:

• Diffuse 5-7 drops in oil warmer or car
• Add 1-2 drops on the inside of your wrist/behind your ears, and rub together
• Massage gently on bottom of feet
