Aromatherapy Properties:
(Uses) An extremely exotic Oil with a deep sensual
fragrance often used in perfumes. Because of its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant
skin refreshing properties, it is excellent for use in night creams or lotions
and other preventative preparations, as well as deep cleansing lotions.
Frangipani absolute boasts euphoric and calming properties.
CAUTIONS:It is important to note that all absolutes are extremely
concentrated by nature. They should not be evaluated in this state unless you
are accustomed to the undiluted fragrance. For those trying Absolutes for the
first time, we strongly recommend they be evaluated in dilution. Otherwise, the
complexity of the fragrance - particularly the rare and exotic notes - become
lost. |

Pure Absolute
Oils
: |
|
This Oil is an Absolute Oils.
Many times distillation
of a plant by steam method does not extract as much natural oil from the plant,
or in some cases, breaks down the precious natural oil in delicate flowers. The
solvent extraction method is often used in these cases. As a rule, absolutes are
more concentrated than a similar essential oil. Therefore, an absolute goes much
further than the essential oil counterpart.

History:
The name frangipani
is an English derivative of the French name Frangipanier. The common old English
name was "nosegay". What a delight to the nose it is in hot weather when the
multitude of fragrant blooms fill the air with its’ heady perfume. They are
associated with temples in both Hindu and Buddhist cultures. |

General Safety Information: Do not take any oils
internally without consultation from a qualified aromatherapy practitioner.
Do not apply undiluted essential oils, absolutes, CO2s or other concentrated
essences onto the skin. If you are pregnant, epileptic, have liver damage,
have cancer, or have any other medical problem, use oils only under the
proper guidance of a qualified aromatherapy practitioner. Use extreme
caution when using oils with children and give children only the gentlest
oils at extremely low doses. It is safest to consult a qualified
aromatherapy practitioner before using oils with children. A skin patch test
should be conducted prior to using an oil that you've never used before.
