You can replace
"Silky Scents" brand name with your name or your business
name on all of our products that do not carry another name
brand. Please read the following to see how it works:
1. You can only
replace "Silky Scents" brand name with your name or your
business name and logos cannot be included. All other
label designs, such as flowers and backgrounds will remain
the same.
2. We may have to
adjust the font size to fit your name or business name.
3. This service
is free for all "6 Pack" and "12 Pack" products. For
example, 6 Pack Lavender Essential Oil or a 12 Pack ADE
Lotion will have free label change. However, other
products not sold as 6 packs or 12 packs, will have a
service charge for customized labeling. For example, if
you order 5 bottles of Lavender Essential Oil, there will
be a service charge because it is not a 6 Pack or 12 pack
item.
4. If the total
items ordered is quantity 6, such as 4 bottles of Lavender
Essential oils and 2 bottles of lotion, there is still a
charge per bottle because it is not a 6 pack product. a 6
pack is a quantity of six exact product in exact size.
5. If you combine
6 Pack or 12 Pack items along with some individual
products, and ask for the change label service, we will
change all the labels and you will be charged only for the
individual items.
6. We cannot
change the labels on products that are manufactured by
another company and have a different brand name. For
example, Kama Sutra edible oil products, but we can change
labels on "Dream Scent" Massage Oils, which carries the
"Silky Scents" brand name.
7. How to
request name change :
Simply on the
Comment section of the internet order form, write
the following sentence:
Replace Silky
Scents Brand with "... Your Name or Your Business Name
...".
If you leave the
comment section of the internet order form Blank, we will
print the "Silky Scents" brand name on the bottles. Once
an order is placed, the label cannot be changed through an
email request.
8. Important
Note: You will be charged for customized label on items
that are not 6 Packs or 12 Packs, after you place your
order. The charge will not show in the original order you
place. However, during placing your order, you will agree
and authorize Silky Scents to charge your credit card for
that portion of your order. You will then get a new
invoice via email combining the original invoice and the
new charges.
9. The charges
for customized label service is as following:
6 Pack Products: Free
12 Pack Products: Free
Other items: $1.25 per item |
