Massage Oil: Add 12 drops to a 1 oz of a carrier oil or Vita-10 Oil, mix it well. Then fill the included Free empty Roll-On bottle with the massage oil, and apply it to the area to be massaged to prevent wasting.

Diffuser: Add 16 to 20 Drops to your diffuser & follow the manufacture's instructions.
Massage Oil: Fill the Free included Roll-On with the blend and apply it behind the ears, the wrists, on the neck and on the forehead. Aromatherapy Inhaler: Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to enhance the harmony and well being of body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy Inhalers, also known as nasal inhalers perfect for use on the go. Simply apply essential oils or blends to the cotton pads, insert, seal and it is ready for use. Long day at the office? Just add a few drops onto cotton pad and let the stress just melt away.

Instructions:
• Apply essential oil or blend to cotton pad.
• Insert the cotton pad into the inhaler.
• Attach seal cap at bottom of inhaler.
• At the top of the inhaler, there is a small opening where one can inhale/breath in the aroma of the oils.
• When not in use, simply insert inhaler into the container. Screw together tightly to prevent loss of scent.

Using Directions:

Also apply it on the left arm above the elbow, and on the feet. Aromatherapy Inhalers, also known as nasal inhalers perfect for use on the go. Simply apply essential oils or blends to the cotton pads, insert, seal and it is ready for use. Have a bad cold? Just add a few drops of our Sinus & Stuffy Nose Aromatherapy Blend essential oil onto the cotton pad, insert and breath in.

Instructions:
• Apply essential oil or blend to cotton pad.
• Insert the cotton pad into the inhaler.
• Attach seal cap at bottom of inhaler.
• At the top of the inhaler, there is a small opening where one can inhale/breath in the aroma of the oils.
• When not in use, simply insert inhaler into the container. Screw together tightly to prevent loss of scent.
Boil a pot of water and remove from the stove. While still steaming, add 6 drops of the blend . Cover bowl and head with a towel and inhale for at least 2 to 3 minutes. KEEP EYES CLOSED.
